This eye-catching artwork featuring the iconic Bell 47G helicopter is created using a combination of 1/8" (3mm) composite wood and a detailed printed background.



The Bell 47G, which first flew in 1953, was one of the most popular versions of the Bell 47 helicopter. It was instantly recognizable by its unique 'soap bubble' canopy and exposed welded-tube tail boom.

The precision laser cut wood element of the design is carefully positioned over the underlying printed background layer to give the artwork a stylish three-dimensional quality. The artwork includes dimensions of the helicopter and a raised card tag printed with 'Bell 47G' located beneath the blueprint.
