Name and Date sign. Custom wall art featuring a name (first name or surname) and a date. The sign can be used either as nursery decor with a name and the date referring to the child's date of birth, or as a wedding sign with a surname and the date of the wedding!
Laser cut wood is used for the name and date, while a compass and the text "EST." are printed onto the sturdy 270 GSM cardstock backing.

When buying please write in 'special instructions for seller':
Name (surname or first name)
Date (in the format you would like - either mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy)

Please choose between either 8x10 inch or A4-sized backing card (A4 is a standard paper size commonly used outside of the United States, it is comparable to 8x10 inches).
