This multi-layered artwork features a blueprint of the North American Aviation T-6 Texan (known outside of the US as the 'Harvard'). The artwork, showing the aircraft from the side and front, is created by layering 1/8" (3mm) laser cut wood over a printed background to create a three-dimensional image.

This design can be optionally customized with the addition of the aircraft's tail number added to the design.

T-6 Texan is an American single-engined advanced trainer aircraft used to train pilots of the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF), United States Navy, Royal Air Force, and other air forces of the British Commonwealth during World War II and into the 1970s. Some were still in use with the South African Air Force as a trainer up until 1995. It remains a popular warbird and aerobatic display aircraft. 

By layering wood over a cardstock backing this artwork showcases the T-6 Texan in a unique and eye-catching way, showing off the aircraft in a way which would be impossible with a standard print. Makes a great gift for pilots, or stylish aviation decor for your home.
