This design uses a combination of 1/8" (3mm) composite wood layered over a highly detailed printed and annotated background to showcase the vintage Sikorsky VS-300 helicopter.



The Sikorsky VS-300 was an American single-engine helicopter designed by Igor Sikorsky which first flew in 1939. It had a single three-blade rotor originally powered by a 75 horsepower (56 kW) engine.

A raised tag mounted in the bottom right corner of the design shows the name of the helicopter, its weight and the date of the first time it took to the air.

This laser cut blueprint of the Sikorsky VS-300 helicopter makes a great gift for pilots, aviation enthusiasts, or as an interesting piece of artwork for the home or office.
