This unique artwork featuring the Sikorsky HH-60W Jolly Green II helicopter is made using two layers of precision laser cut and engraved 1/8" (3mm) wood set over a detailed printed background. The artwork features the helicopter in profile showing the right side of the aircraft with the side doors and windows closed.

The HH-60W Jolly Green is the replacement for the HH-60G Pave Hawk and like its predecessor its primary mission is recovery of personnel under hostile conditions, including combat search and rescue. Because of its versatility, the HH-60W may also perform peacetime operations such as civil search and rescue, emergency aeromedical evacuation (MEDEVAC), disaster relief, international aid and counter-drug activities.
